Add Anxiety to my Mental Health Cocktail

Had a couple of anxiety attacks the past couple of weeks.  I’ve now realized it’s always been there, but it’s pretty mild, so it was overshadowed by the ADHD and depression.  So, what I think this is actually telling me is that those two things are now being managed well enough that a hidden issue has become observable.  That’s good news!  It means I’m getting better with those two things, AND it means I can now manage and treat the anxiety.

My support group was really great tonight.  I feel very good right now.  Hooray!
